Biryani is a favorite dish for many people. These days most of us are addicted to having a soft drink while having biryani. Is this good for digestion? Let’s discuss this.
BAD EFFECTS IN REGULAR INTAKE ON SOFT DRINK
Cool drinks contain citric acid which affects your teeth badly. Cooldrinks also contain more amount of sugar which affects the enamel on teeth. Drinking carbonated soda also makes our bones weak. Also, regular intake of these can lead to heart attacks, obesity, and diabetes. My brother (who is a scientist) once shared his experimental result on the soft drink that he had immersed a tooth in a soft drink and left it for 2 days. The tooth gradually decreased its size and finally gone. Imagine that a small number of soft drinks can consume a tooth and what about our body if we take these soft drinks regularly? It will bring a bad impact on us.

BIRYANI PLUS DRINK
Both biryani and soft drink are high-calorie foods. A human being generally needs 2000-2500 calories a day. On average a biryani consists of 1500 calories and a 300ml soft drink consists of 200 calories. Biryani plus drink is around 1700 calories which are in a greater number of calories than the required. People who are having this combo regularly must be careful. If you are a biryani plus soft drink lover, please be careful. We suggest you reduce the intake of this combo and do exercise regularly. We must keep in mind that “Health is wealth.”
