In the previous blog, we've seen how the Indian pace attack established themselves in world cricket. Here we'll discuss a pacer who marked himself in cricket world in a very short period, known for pace and Yorker specialist, Jasprit Bumrah. Test cap no. 290 debuted against South Africa on January 5, 2018. In just 2 years he is standing at 1st in ICC ODI bowler Ranking and 5th in latest ICC Test Ranking of the bowlers. He showed his adaptability with his skiddy nippers and unpredictable scrambled-seamers, proving to be the find of the tour for India - in other words, a good start in Tests for the versatile Bumrah. His quick-arm action has made his variations almost indiscernible - starting from his slower deliveries to his reverse-swinging Yorkers at the death. He has the gifted ability that has the talent and control to bowl inswingers and outswinger, move the ball off the seam, bowl accurate Yorkers, keep the batsmen honest with bouncers - all at 140 or more. He also took Hat-trick against West Indies in Sabina Park, Jamaica, he becomes only 3rd bowler for India for this achievement. He has unique right arm action which helps him to get pace and for perfect Yorker. He is a perfect example of hard work. When you get the opportunity, grab it. It perfectly suits Jasprit Bumrah. He can take more and more wickets with better improvements.
